Noah had his first real haircut yesterday. I've been trimming his hair myself for the last year, but now that his hair is getting thicker it was time to let a professional cut it. In my mind I was expecting more of a trim and I told the hairdresser to keep it long. I think we were all surprised (hairdresser included!) at how short it came out. My baby is gone! He looks like a boy now. Ryan doesn't mind Noah's new hair, but I'm mourning the loss.
What do you think? Should I let his hair grow long again or keep it short?
Noah used to look like his cousin Miles (on the left) with his long hair. With his hair cut we think he looks more like his cousin Luke (on the right) now.

i like the short hair cut. But I think that's because I cut all my boys hair really short, at least on the sides. I decided to do that when I saw pictures of my brothers when they were babies with long, mullet hair
